Job Description

Training client + 2/3 (type BTS or License pro) in the field of aeronautics, maintenance, or mechanical engineering,

At least 2+ years of experience in maintenance with the following knowledge:

The Airbus Aircraft account any program,
Specific documentation: Service Bulletin
Knowledge of tools: SAP PCS, SAP ERP, SAP, SUPREM, SAMM DACAS
Have a good sense of organization
Have input experience in computer tools
Know how to work in an emergency

Here is the list of tasks that will be assigned to you:

Monitor and coordinate the production of Service Bulletin from the opening of the offer to the dispatch
Ensure daily monitoring and proper scheduling
Sort selected technical offers and support them
Fill in the information in Airbus tools
Support/Alert focal points in case of risks of missed deadlines
Perform a check of the bulletin service during the Technical Approval phase
Ensure the quality of the file as well as its archiving
Be the focal point within different departments
Monitor many topics at the same time
