Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

• Plans, designs, develops, and verifies complex lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions using an interdisciplinary collaborative approach.

• Defines and coordinates system performance requirements based on customer and operational needs.

• Integrates technical parameters and assures compatibility of all physical, functional, and program interfaces.

• Performs analyses to optimize total system of systems and system architecture.

• Performs affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory, certification, and product assurance analyses.

• Develops, maintains, and identifies improvements for planning, organization, implementation, and monitoring of requirements management processes and tools.

• Manages risk, issues, opportunity management, and technology readiness assessment processes.

• Resolves cross-functional technical issues across system development.

• Applies systems engineering processes and methodologies to system design and integration.

• Evaluates customer requirements and translates them into system performance specifications.

Requirements:

• Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• Bachelor's and 9 or more years' experience, Master's with 7 or more years' experience or PhD with 4 or more years' experience. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry.Experience in systems engineering processes and methodologies.

• Experience with requirements management and traceability.

• Experience with risk, issue, and opportunity management processes.

• Experience with system architecture development and trade studies.

• Experience with system integration and verification activities.

• Knowledge of specialty engineering disciplines including safety, reliability, and maintainability.

• Experience with technology readiness assessment processes.

• Ability to resolve cross-functional technical issues.
