Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Vital Serenity Counseling, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting therapeutic sessions with individuals, couples, and families, utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities tailored to meet client needs.

  • Performing comprehensive assessments to identify clients' specific needs and developing personalized treatment plans based on their circumstances.

  • Implementing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and systems theory, to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals.

  • Collaborating with fellow therapists, social workers, and medical professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care, optimizing treatment outcomes.

  • Documenting client progress with precision and care, ensuring that records are maintained accurately and up to date to support ongoing treatment and billing processes.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, the following qualifications are required:
