This role is eligible for an incentive target of up to [[cust_stippercent]] % or $ [[Cust_stipdollar]], based on the achievement of individual and company performance objectives in accordance with the current terms of the incentive program which are subject to change. We’re hiring Warehouse associates with full-time shifts available! You will report directly to a DC Supervisor or Process Manager and have regular interaction with other Warehouse Associates. Join us at our state-of-the-art 1.3 million sq. ft. distribution center! 400 Bordentown Hedding Rd, Bordentown, NJ 08505. Shift: Overnight shift: Monday - Friday 8:00pm start time (Powered Equipment Operators wanted ONLY) TOTAL PAY: $22 per hour! You Will Safely complete inbound and/or outbound warehouse tasks, like unloading, sorting, labeling, and packing, with high quality Ensure products are packed and shipped correctly to exceed customers' expectations for quality and delivery speed Meet requirements for safety, quality, productivity, behavior, attendance, and overtime as needed Operate computerized scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and Hazardous Material requirements Perform other tasks as directed by the leadership team You Have Comfortability working on your feet with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust while working around moving equipment and elevated stations High school diploma or equivalent and at least 18 years of age The physical requirements for this position include frequently lifting, pushing, and sliding packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs, and may have to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.
