Assistant Manager - Taco Bell, Reidsville, NC Responsible for day-to-day operations, ensuring restaurant standards such as customer satisfaction, cash control, inventory, labor, financial reporting, and sales growth. Build a strong team that delivers quality service. Essential Functions Shift management – ensure shift managers and team complete tasks, schedule shifts, and deploy team. Customer service – ensure positive dining experience and provide support in escalated situations. Employee management – supervise, develop, and train new hires; maintain excellent service and address performance issues. Food safety – maintain a safe environment and create a strong food safety culture. Inventory management – manage inventory and monitor execution of company policies. Financial accountability – optimize profit and control costs. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. 2–4 years supervisory experience in fast food, quick service restaurant, food service, or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
