Warehouse Operations Manager

We're looking for a hands‑on Warehouse Operations Manager to work directly with the Founder, overseeing every order from inbound receiving through final customer delivery. You'll manage the full fulfillment pipeline — receiving, inventory, fulfillment, returns, warehouse operations, and quality control — ensuring every order meets our operational standards before it reaches the customer. Responsibilities Pick, pull, pack, and ship DTC and marketplace orders accurately and efficiently alongside the team Process customer returns, inspect returned merchandise, and ensure inventory is restocked accurately and in a timely manner Receive inbound inventory, verify quantities, inspect shipments, and organize product into warehouse inventory; organize product and move boxes as needed to support daily operations Create and maintain warehouse organization systems including bin locations, inventory flow, labeling, and storage standards Track and manage inventory through the full warehouse cycle — receiving, fulfillment, returns, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation Create and maintain operational workflows that keep receiving, fulfillment, and returns running efficiently Write, implement, and maintain SOPs across receiving, fulfillment, inventory management, returns, and quality control Ensure marketplace fulfillment and packaging requirements are met across all sales channels Confirm inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and quality checks, resolving discrepancies as they arise Flag operational risks early and proactively communicate status updates Requirements 3–5+ years of hands‑on experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment, or ecommerce logistics Experience managing the full warehouse cycle: receiving → inventory management → fulfillment → returns Experience with Shopify, Loop Returns, and ShipStation, or comparable Strong organizational skills with a detail‑oriented, reliable approach Ability to keep up in a fast‑paced environment while consistently meeting deadlines Experience creating and implementing SOPs, workflows, and operational processes Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to withstand repetitive movements and perform the essential physical functions of warehouse work, including standing and walking for extended periods and lifting or moving boxes up to approximately 40 lbs Experience in fashion is a plus This is a full‑time, on‑site hourly position in Los Angeles from Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PT.
