Job Description
Customer service representative to take incoming calls and make outbound calls to our existing customers to schedule appointments. Must have proficient computer skills, Microsoft office and Excel. Plus be able to use our CRM software, (we will train). Some office administrative work also, Flexible hours Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. We offer 401k, paid holidays, sick days, vacation days. Small family business, very laid back work atmosphere.
