Opportunity Highlights:

We are representing a well-established ENT group in Coastal Georgia seeking a BE/BC Otolaryngologist for a replacement hire due to a physician retirement.

This is a hospital-employed position that maintains strong private-practice autonomy. The team operates from their own independent building near the hospital, while benefiting from the health system’s resources and contracting strength — truly the best of both worlds.

Practice Details:

• Bread-and-butter general ENT (no heavy head & neck or oncology)
• One dedicated OR day per week (typically 8–9 cases) + opportunity for additional OR time based on volume
• 4–4.5 day work week with 35–40 patients per full clinic day
• Shared call: 7 required days per month (additional days are paid)
• Excellent support staff with 4–5 rotating nurses/MAs
• Optional additional volume available at a secondary clinic location

Technology:

• Oracle Health (Cerner) EMR with AI scribe/documentation support across hospital and practice settings
