Job Skills / Requirements Monday - Friday | 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm The Janitorial Floater ensures that all janitorial tasks meet company standards for cleanliness, maintenance, hygiene and appearance of buildings and facilities.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used properly and maintained in good working condition.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the facility.
- Address and resolve any cleanliness or maintenance issues promptly and effectively.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including exposure to cleaning chemicals.
- The role may involve exposure to dust, cleaning chemicals, and other environmental factors.
- Driving to multiple facilities
