Quality Technician Location: Fostoria, OH Training Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM Potential Schedule After Training: Sunday Night-Wednesday Night | 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Night Shift Premium Available) Starting Pay: $17.50/hour Additional Compensation: Pay Increase Upon Qualification and Additional Increase Upon Full-Time Hire Position Type: Temp-to-Hire Candidates will train on 1st Shift. Upon successful completion of training, there may be an opportunity or business need to transition to the overnight schedule. Flexibility to work either shift is preferred. Position Summary A manufacturer of polyester-based insulation products is seeking a Quality Technician to inspect products, perform testing, verify specifications, and help ensure only quality products are shipped to customers. Responsibilities Perform product inspections and quality testing Measure product dimensions and verify specifications Identify and document quality concerns Complete quality records, COAs, and test documentation Conduct internal audits and equipment calibrations Print labels, create pick lists, and prepare shipping documents Support 5S, FIFO, and quality initiatives Work closely with production, shipping, and management teams Qualifications Manufacturing, quality, or production experience preferred Strong attention to detail Basic computer and math skills Ability to use a tape measure Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Why Apply?
