General Production Worker

1st & 2nd Shift Available (4x10 Schedule, Monday-Thursday)

$17-$18/hr | No Interview Needed!

Join a growing production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position supports daily production operations by performing a variety of hands-on tasks throughout the facility. Employees may assist with assembly, packaging, inspection, machine operation, and other production-related responsibilities while working toward daily production goals.

This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy staying active, working with their hands, and learning multiple areas of a manufacturing operation. Team members are cross-trained and may rotate between departments as needed.

• Perform general production duties in a manufacturing environment
• Assemble, package, label, and inspect products according to company standards
• Operate basic production equipment and machinery
• Rotate between workstations based on production needs
• Monitor product quality and report any issues
• Follow work instructions and established production procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Assist with material handling and movement of products throughout the facility
• Work efficiently to meet production goals and deadlines
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and company policies

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Comfortable standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work is performed in a clean, organized production facility. Employees will work around production equipment, packaging areas, and assembly stations while following established safety and quality procedures. This is a fast-paced environment that values teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Princeton, MN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
