Maintenance Technician

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Vocational training or certifications like the Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician a plus. Valid Wisconsin driver’s license with good driving record. Must be able to pass a caregiver background check. Must be able to lift 50lb. Responsibilities Maintain all property grounds including mowing, shoveling and coordinating heavy snow removal with contracted agencies, if appropriate. Maintain a recycling system as per all applicable government guidelines. Document maintenance activities, repair records, and inventory levels. Keep and maintain company fleet vehicles. Mechanical work may be hired out. Maintain a secure key inventory system. Maintain and coordinate annual inspections for licensing requirements. Pick up scheduled orders and donations with an agency vehicle. Perform and/or coordinate repairs and maintenance as needed. Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or maintenance tasks. Perform client relocations per supervisor’s directions.
