In this role, you will engage with customers to understand their automotive needs, provide expert guidance on vehicle options, and deliver exceptional service to help clients make informed purchasing decisions. Your ability to build relationships and manage the sales process from initial inquiry to final delivery will be key to your success and the company’s growth.

• Greet customers and assess their automotive requirements.
• Present and demonstrate vehicles, matching features and benefits to customer needs.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Negotiate sales prices and terms to close deals effectively.
• Coordinate with finance and service departments to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Stay informed about current promotions, pricing, and new products.

• Proven experience in automotive sales or a related sales role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
• Passion for automobiles and customer service excellence.

• Competitive compensation ranging from $50,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year, paid monthly.

Responsibilities

• Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life.

• Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.

• Generating new business opportunities through company leads (CRM), networking, referrals, and calls.

• Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the in’s and the out’s of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.

• Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.

• Engage in conversation with customers by finding the vehicle that works for their needs.

• Continuing to service our customers before and after the sale.

• Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.

• Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.

• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.

• Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)

• Experience with CRM (training available) 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 

• Available to work flexible hours and weekends

• Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred

• Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve

• Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
