Shift: 11:30 PM - 8:00 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 12 months of travel experience is preferred.

• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

• Trauma Level 5 experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• COVID booster required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 24 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Yale and no current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Yale.

Additional Details:

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience: OR experience is required. Trauma level II hospital; must have trauma hospital experience, but will accept Level I trauma experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience: C-Arm and O-Arm experience preferred. Previous Charge Experience: Preferred Teaching hospital experience is preferred. Community hospital experience is preferred.

Unit Details: Level II trauma center. Patient population includes neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

Shift & Scheduling: Sunday-Thursday schedule. Every other weekend - 6 for 3 months… ability to pick up extra.

Floating Requirements: Will float to Milford Campus as needed. Possibility to float to Milford Campus for extra hours.

7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 09/07/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027, 01/18/2027, 05/31/2027, 07/04/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years
