The LPN/RN provides skilled nursing care and services toresidents of our facility and supervises Certified Nurse Assistants as assignedin the day-to-day delivery of resident care. Responsibilities Operateand supervise within the prescribed scope of practice for an LPN or RNin the State of Florida. Admit,transfer and discharge residents as required. Reviewand update care plans for residents. Contactfamilies, physicians and other providers as needed to report changes ofcondition. Administermedications and treatments as prescribed by the physician, NP or PA. Administerspecialized skilled services as prescribed by the physician or extenderorders. Directand supervise nurse assistants. Otherduties as assigned in the job description. Qualifications Clearand Active LPN or RN license with the State of Florida. ValidCPR certification Mustpass a level II background screen Compassionateand respectful demeanor Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
