You understand how to tailor messaging to different audiences while maintaining a consistent brand voice - creating compelling advertising copy across print, digital, social media, email and web platforms.You are a genius at developing messaging that captures attention, builds interest and inspires action. You balance creativity with strategy, ensuring marketing efforts are engaging and results-driven. You are wizard at using analytics, customer feedback and performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and continuously improve results. You are comfortable presenting marketing insights and recommendations based on data and measurable outcomes to leadership. You understand the big picture of how print and digital marketing, social media, web content, email marketing, and emerging technologies work together to create a seamless customer experience. You have 1-3 years of professional marketing, communications, advertising, or public relations experience.A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business, journalism or a related field. You are interested in other cultures and languages, Spanish-speaking candidates highly desired.You have proven experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns from strategy through evaluation. You have strong advertising copywriting skills with the ability to create persuasive, audience-focused messaging. You have experience conducting market research, translating customer insights into actionable marketing strategies, and analyzing campaign performance and data to improve results. You have knowledge of Asana, or other project management software. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
