What You ll Do

• Provide consults and E&M services for adult patients in a hospital setting
• Read and interpret Echo and nuclear studies performed in the hospital
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver quality cardiac care
• Maintain accurate log of charges and patient documentation
• Adhere to hospital protocols and EMR documentation standards (using EPIC)
• Participate in second call schedule (minimum 1 week/month, 1 weekend/month, flexible shifts)
• Ensure patient care compliance with hospital policies and standards

What You Need
Required:

• Board Certification in Cardiology
• Active North Carolina Medical License
• DEA Certification
• ACLS & BLS Certifications
• 1-2 years of relevant experience

Preferred:

• Experience with adult cardiovascular care and hospital-based consults
