Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Day, Evening & Overnight Shifts
Location: Newark, NJ
Setting: Pediatric Private Duty Nursing (1:1 Home Care)

Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate and experienced per diem Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one private duty nursing care for pediatric clients in Newark and the surrounding communities.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, compassionate 1:1 nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes
• Monitor, assess, and document changes in the patient's condition
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician
• Collaborate with families and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure the highest quality of care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Follow infection control protocols and ensure a safe home care environment

Pay Rate

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $40.00 per hour

Available Shifts

• Day Shifts
• Evening Shifts
• Overnight Shifts

Multiple cases are available with flexible scheduling options.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred (home care or facility setting)
• Current BLS Certification
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Physical examination completed within the past 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON test within the past year (or chest X-ray within the past 5 years if applicable)
• Proof of MMR immunization
