Shift Leader

Flynn Wendy’s, a division of the Flynn Group, operates over 190 restaurants across the District of Columbia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Utah, Virginia, and West Virginia. Responsibilities Shift Leaders are motivated individuals with excellent interpersonal skills who establish and lead teams to work well together, increase profits, and provide outstanding service. They tackle problems proactively, seek help from others when appropriate, and mentor their team members. Qualifications Prior restaurant experience is preferred. Candidates should be able to lead, mentor, and drive performance while maintaining a positive customer experience. Compensation $16 - $18 per hour, based on experience and restaurant location.
