Responsibilities: Support: Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot computer and software issues. Hardware and Software Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve computer hardware and software problems. Workstation Setup: Set up and install workstations for new employees. Computer Literacy Training: Train staff on basic computer skills. Equipment Inspection: Perform routine inspections of computer equipment. Software Updates: Keep computer software and operating systems up to date. Qualifications: Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of computer hardware and software. SQL experience is a big plus. Problem‑Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Attention to Detail: Ensure accurate setup and configuration of workstations.
