This is a consultative, in-home sales role with company‑provided appointments. Many customers are seniors or adult children helping aging parents , so professionalism, patience, and trust‑building are essential. This is not retail, door‑to‑door, or telemarketing. What You’ll Do Run pre‑set, qualified in‑home appointments throughout the St. Louis area Assess homes and recommend appropriate safety and accessibility solutions Educate homeowners on walk‑in tubs, safety showers, stairlifts, and options Present pricing and financing options; close sales Build trust through respectful, professional consultations Take accurate measurements and document customer needs Coordinate with operations to ensure a smooth customer experience Who We’re Looking For Proven in‑home sales experience (home improvement, remodeling, mobility, or similar) Comfortable working with seniors and families in thoughtful decision‑making situations Strong communication, listening, and closing skills Professional appearance and demeanor in customers’ homes Self‑motivated, organized, and results‑driven Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Experience with walk‑in tubs or stairlifts is a plus, but not required for strong in‑home sales professionals.
