Apprentice RV Technician – Entry Level

Are you mechanically inclined and looking to start a hands-on career in the growing RV industry? We’re looking for a motivated Apprentice RV Technician to join our team! No RV experience required—we’ll train the right person.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist experienced RV technicians with repairs and maintenance
- Learn to diagnose and repair RV systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances)
- Perform basic service tasks including inspections and minor repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Basic mechanical or technical aptitude
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
- Valid driver’s license
- RV, automotive, construction, or trade school experience is a plus (not required)
