Housekeeping Houseman

Responsibilities Keep the hotel's public areas clean, including hallways, meeting rooms, and lobbies. Deliver items requested by guests (amenities, rollaway beds, cribs, and bedding) to guest rooms. Retrieve clean linens from housekeeping storage facilities and distribute them to each floor. Bring requested supplies (rollaway beds, cribs, blankets) to guest rooms. Begin each shift by visiting assigned floors and collecting trash, dirty linen, and other materials as instructed by management. Ensure the highest level of customer service by anticipating and responding quickly to visitors' requests. Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, hallways, lobby, and other workspaces. Support special cleaning projects and deep-cleaning tasks. Read material fully and follow directions. Qualifications At least one year of experience as a housekeeper or houseperson. Experience with a variety of cleaning products and techniques. Hard worker with strong time management, organizational, and communication skills. Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality. Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certification (GED). Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Reliable and punctual with attention to detail. Compensation $11 - $14 hourly #J-18808-Ljbffr
