Your role:

- Maximize our platform to manage candidate profiles, track outreach efforts, automate follow-ups, and maintain systemic organization.
- Prioritize permanent placements that enhance client satisfaction and yield substantial commissions.
- Engage in thought leadership to promote both our brand and yours.
