Manage and schedule appointments and meetings for staff and management. Maintain an organized front desk area to ensure a clean and professional environment. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages efficiently. Provide information and assistance to clients, visitors, and employees as needed. Qualifications Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in administration is a plus. Proven experience as a front desk representative or in a similar customer service role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in using office software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and telephone systems.
