Hardscape Foreman

Rescom Property Services is looking for an experienced Hardscape Installer who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and wants to be part of a company that values doing things the right way.
We're a fast growing, family-owned company in Northwest Ohio specializing in premium hardscape, landscape, drainage, and excavation projects. We don't chase volume—we focus on building exceptional outdoor spaces that last.

We're looking for someone who:
- Minimum 2 years of professional hardscape installation experience
- Experience installing paver patios and retaining walls
- Experience operating skid steers and excavators
- Strong understanding of grading, drainage, and proper compaction
- Comfortable using all standard hardscape tools and equipment
- CDL is a major plus
- Takes pride in their workmanship
- Shows up every day ready to work
- Cares about quality more than simply finishing quickly
- Can work independently while contributing to a team
What You'll Do
- Install paver patios and walkways using open-graded base systems
- Build segmental retaining walls (SRW)
- Operate skid steers and excavators during hardscape installations
- Assist with landscape installation and hydroseeding as needed
- Read grades using laser levels and grade rods
- Operate compactors, partner saws, dustless table saws, and other hardscape equipment
- Drive trucks and trailers to and from jobsites
