• Scheduled clinical hours along with on-call duties requiring a 15-minute response time.

• Patient load: 10 patients per shift, including admissions.

• Level III NICU: Focus on treating complex neonatal conditions.

• Required skills: Intubation, chest tube placement, central line insertion, and paracentesis.

• Ventilator management: Experience with oscillators and inhaled nitric oxide (iNO).

• Rounding: Involves both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities.

• Call rate: 30-50% callback rate with beeper notifications.

• Ongoing coverage: Potential for continuous assignments.

• Compensation: We negotiate competitive pay and ensure weekly deposits.
