Position Summary:

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the overall maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency of our facilities. This role will oversee a team dedicated to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality across all buildings and grounds within our community.Will perform other duties as required.

Essential Duties and Functions:

• Assists in o versee ing the maintenance, cleanliness, safety and security of the community, including buildings, grounds, and equipment. This involves coordinating with maintenance employees, environmental services, and external contractors to address any issues promptly .

• Maintains work order system to ensure the upkeep of the community's physical assets .

• Participate in on call rotation (including off hours or weekends) for system and equipment failure and assist other departmental employees, when necessary, in completing various projects or repairs .

• Orders and maintains proper PAR levels for required materials.

• Assists in e nsur ing that the community complies with all health, safety, and environmental regulations set forth by WEL, local, state, and federal authorities. This may involve conducting inspections,

• Ensure inspections , work orders, and facilities activities are completed .

• Conducts safety training as outlined by federal, state , and local regulations.

• Ensure that employees follow standardized infection control practices to prevent the spread of infection.
• Serve as a resource and mentor to the facilities staff, offering guidance and assistance as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years' experience in residential maintenance, security, housekeeping operations where applicable .

• 1 year minimum of s upervisory experience required .

• Ability to read architectural and mechanical drawings

• Knowledge of all key aspects of facility management (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and fire protection)

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Licensure/Certification:

• Valid Driver's License
