Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of our Torrington office to ensure high levels of service and productivity.
Recruit, train, and coach a team of sales representatives to help them reach their full professional potential.
Develop and implement sales strategies that align with our growth goals while maintaining a customer-first approach.
Monitor key performance indicators and adjust tactics to ensure consistent revenue growth.
Build and maintain relationships with key local community members to grow our brand presence.
Maintain compliance with all state insurance regulations and internal company policies.
Requirements
Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
At least five years of experience in the insurance industry with a proven track record of hitting sales targets.
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals.
Deep understanding of the Connecticut insurance market and regulatory landscape.
Strong organizational skills to manage office operations effectively.
Proficiency in modern agency management systems and customer relationship management software.
Ability to network effectively within the Torrington community.
