Deadline: Not specified Fees: None Description: Zip Co is seeking a Senior Commercial Counsel to join its US Legal Team. In this remote-first role, you will serve as a trusted legal partner to Sales and cross-functional stakeholders, leading high-impact commercial negotiations and enabling revenue growth. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating complex merchant, partner, and vendor agreements, advising on consumer financial services and payments regulatory frameworks, and partnering with Product and Engineering teams to support compliant product launches.
