I opened my agency in 2010 after previously working for another State Farm agent. I'm married with three children, a proud dog owner, and family is at the center of everything I do. Building lasting relationships with customers and creating a positive workplace for my team are two of my biggest priorities. Giving back to the community is an important part of our agency. I'm active in Rotary, involved with Scouting America, support the Girl Scouts, and enjoy participating in local initiatives that make a positive impact. As an Account Associate for Rebekah Shapiro Gonzalez - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
