RN/LPN NURSE SUPERVISOR Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate the nursing staff during weekend shifts. Ensure high standards of care for residents. Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident care plans. Maintain a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff. RN/LPN NURSE SUPERVISOR Qualifications: Active/ Valid RN/ LPN license in the state of NJ. MUST have 2+ years of nurse leadership experience in an LTC setting Strong leadership and communication skills. Experience in a long-term care setting. Communicative, hard-working, reliable Team mindset, strong clinical skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently. SHIFT OPTIONS: Evening 3pm - 11pm (Second Shift Nurse Supervisor) PT Evening Weekends Part-Time 7a-3p Shift Weekends Supervisor Rates: Full-Time Evening Supervisor (salaried): Up to $93K/year (approx. $44.71/hr.)
