We're a fast-growing, remote-first startup on a mission to make banking more accessible for everyone.Why We're Looking for YouWe're looking for a Project Manager, Implementations to join our Implementation team and lead banks through their digital transformation journey. You'll manage multiple high-stakes deployments simultaneously, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure our banking clients successfully launch on time.This is a hands-on role where organization meets execution. You'll be the conductor orchestrating complex implementations while building trusted relationships with banking executives and operations teams.What You'll DoManage multiple concurrent bank implementations with overlapping timelines, tracking dependencies and risks while driving projects to on-time completionLead client calls and build trusted relationships with stakeholders from C-suite executives to operations staff, handling difficult conversations and managing expectationsCoordinate cross-functional teams including Implementation Architects, Software Engineers, and Customer Success to ensure smooth project execution and post-launch transitionsTranslate complex technical requirements between clients and internal teams while protecting your implementation team from scope creepJump in to help with hands-on configuration and debugging when needed, keeping projects moving forward during resource constraintsDocument solutions and identify process improvements to enhance future deployments and team efficiencyEscalate strategically to sales and leadership when additional support is needed to unblock critical issuesWhat We're Looking ForBackground in software implementations or professional servicesTechnical aptitude, ability to understand platform capabilities and limitationsFamiliarity with no-code platforms or integration projectsProven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneouslyGrace under pressure, you stay calm when clients are stressed and deadlines are tightExceptional organizational skills, you live by your task lists and calendarsStrong communication abilities with both technical and non-technical audiencesNatural problem solver who finds creative solutions within constraintsSelf-starter who takes ownership without waiting for directionLegally authorized to work in the United States and located within the continental United StatesNice to HavesExperience in financial services, banking, or fintechTechnical skills in a scripting languagePrevious experience managing aggressive timelines with fixed deadlinesAbout PrelimPrelim is a San Francisco and New York City-based startup that operates with fully remote positions across the US, helping banks onboard their customers.
