Seven Healthcare is pleased to offer a per diem opportunity for an RN Pediatric Home Health in Port Saint Lucie, FL. This assignment consists of flexible day shifts ranging from 2-hour to 8-hour visits, providing individualized nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes. Compensation is $60 per hour.

Key Responsibilities of the RN Pediatric Home Health:

• Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in a home setting
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor ongoing health status
• Administer medications, treatments, and enteral feedings as prescribed
• Manage and monitor medical equipment such as ventilators, tracheostomies, feeding tubes, and oxygen therapy when applicable
• Educate family members and caregivers on care plans, medications, and disease management
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress notes
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Ensure a safe, compassionate, and family-centered care environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience, preferably in pediatric home health, pediatrics, PICU, NICU, or related settings
• Active Florida RN license
• Current BLS certification required
• PALS certification preferred
• Experience caring for pediatric patients with complex medical needs is highly desirable
• Strong assessment, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently in a home care environment
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes within the service area
