Route Driver and Labor

We’re looking for driven, high-performing individuals to join our South Burlington, VT team. A typical day includes: The day starts with a commercial vehicle inspection, followed by a morning meeting. Teams of two will head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers’ homes and properties and take away their unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces Provide detailed estimates/quotes and final pricing to each customer Once your truck is full, you will dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating, and waste management facilities To run efficiently, teams must maintain communication throughout the day with our dedicated and fun operations team Feel amazing about helping your community What We Offer: Flexible Scheduling: We operate 7 days a week Full-time - 4 Shifts per week ( 8-12 hour shifts) Part-time- 2-3 Shifts per week ( still 8-12 hour shifts) Immediate start dates & paid training Total Average Earnings: $24-$28/ hour Performance Bonus: Our bonus is better known as “Profit Share” Meaning, you make a percentage from the jobs you complete. Have a clean driving history for 3 years (No points, suspensions, or violations) Possess a positive and friendly attitude, with excellent written and verbal communication skills Physically able to lift 50lbs+ repeatedly We have positions available immediately.
