Depending on the shift you work, your job could include moving inventory in the backroom, unloading trucks, fulfilling club pick-up orders or helping members while stocking shelves. What you'll do : Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; guiding and assisting with self-service technology; aiding purchasing decisions; locating merchandise; resolving member issues; promoting products and services. Maintains safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps; following forklift spotting procedures; handling and disposing of hazardous materials; adhering to company standards; reporting unsafe situations to management. Maintains sales floor and merchandise presentation by zoning, stocking, arranging and organizing merchandise; setting up, cleaning, and organizing displays; removing damaged goods; pricing as per policy; identifying shrink and damages; securing fragile and high-shrink merchandise. Monitors product quality, rotation, dating, recalls, and sanitation per policy; ensuring prominent display of promotional and seasonal merchandise. Complies with policies and ethics; uses Open Door Policy; supports business processes and practices. Completes work by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; prioritizing tasks; communicating progress; seeking improvements; adapting to change and feedback. Ensures club pick up orders are filled and staged according to policy and procedures.
