Senior AnalystOur client is seeking a Senior Analyst to join their finance team. This is a highly visible role that offers significant exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to influence strategic decisions across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesLead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processesBuild and maintain sophisticated financial modelsAnalyze business performance, key drivers, profitability trends, and cash flow impactsPartner with operational and business leaders to identify risks, opportunities, and performance improvementsLeverage business intelligence and analytics platforms to enhance reporting and improve decision-makingImprove financial processes, reporting capabilities, and data integrity across the organizationPerform ad hoc strategic analyses and special projects for executive leadershipQualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field5 years of experience in FP&A or corporate financeStrong understanding of financial statements, operational finance, and cash flow analysisExperience supporting M&A, due diligence, or strategic growth initiatives preferredStrong proficiency with Excel and financial systemsExperience with modern FP&A, analytics, and business intelligence tools preferredExcellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of leadershipSelf-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
