We are looking to add an experienced, career oriented professional to our team. This position is for a Staff Assistant who will help assist with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual that has a "can-do" attitude and is willing to accept and learn new tasks as assigned, while being entrusted with confidential information. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assist field representatives with daily tasks as they arise Organize and maintain company documents Prepare company and clients reports, as requested Assist in the development of company process models Assist with company project/tasks, as assigned Manage tasks/requests between our staff and our partners/vendors Assist in building sales proposals, product sales comparisons, and pricing documents Qualifications: Excellent computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office programs Ability to identify and solve issues/problems with minimal oversight or input from others Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task Proficient typing skills Able to work collaboratively Neat, clean, and professional appearance A valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record High School diploma or equivalent Able to pass background check and drug screen Job Type: Full Time Salary based on experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr Advanced Dealer Solutions
