Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (06:45-15:15) or Mid 5x8-Hour (14:45-23:15)

Hours/Week: 40

Employment Type: Contract (W-2)

Certifications: NBSTSA or NCCT, BLS

Experience: 1+ year in CVOR or surgical tech role

Hourly Rate: $55.90/hr

What You'll Do

• Assist in cardiac surgeries including CABG, valve replacements, heart transplants, and LVAD implantations
• Support vascular procedures such as AAA repairs, endovascular aneurysm repair (EVAR), and bypass surgeries
• Prepare and maintain surgical equipment and supplies in a high-volume, acute care environment
• Ensure compliance with safety and sterilization standards
• Assist surgical teams during complex interventions and emergencies
• Document procedural details accurately using hospital charting protocols

What You Need

• Valid NBSTSA or NCCT certification and BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of CVOR or surgical technician experience
• Strong knowledge of cardiac, vascular, and thoracic procedures
• Ability to work scheduled weekends and up to 2 holidays per month
• Flexibility to float within scope if required

Preferred:

• Experience with minimally invasive procedures and transplant surgeries
