Position Summary United Plumbing is looking for an experienced Drain Cleaning Expert to join our team in Southwest Florida. We’re looking for someone with strong hands‑on drain‑cleaning experience who has full working knowledge of multiple types of drain‑cleaning machines and the ability to diagnose and clear a variety of drain issues. The right candidate will be dependable, knowledgeable, customer‑focused, and comfortable working independently to provide professional and effective drain‑cleaning services. What You’ll Do Diagnose and clear clogged or blocked drains Operate multiple types of professional drain‑cleaning machines and equipment Determine the appropriate equipment and approach for different drain‑cleaning needs Perform drain‑cleaning services safely and efficiently Confirm drains are operating properly after service Maintain drain‑cleaning equipment, tools, and work areas Communicate professionally with customers and team members Provide a professional and positive customer experience Follow company safety procedures and service standards Maintain accurate documentation of completed work What Success Looks Like Drain issues are accurately diagnosed and effectively cleared Equipment is operated safely and appropriately for each job Customers receive professional, timely, and knowledgeable service Work is completed efficiently and with attention to detail Tools and drain‑cleaning equipment are maintained and organized Strong attendance, reliability, and follow-through Consistent adherence to company safety and service standards Professional communication with customers and team members Required Qualifications Minimum of one year of drain‑cleaning experience Full working knowledge of multiple types of drain‑cleaning machines and equipment Demonstrated ability to diagnose and clear a variety of drain issues Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a service team Strong communication and customer‑service skills Ability to perform the physical requirements associated with professional drain‑cleaning work Preferred Qualifications Previous residential or commercial plumbing service experience Experience working in a high‑volume plumbing service environment Broad experience with different drain‑cleaning equipment and applications What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and knowledge Bonus opportunities Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan Paid time off and paid holidays Career development and growth opportunities United Plumbing and Seacoast Service Partners are Equal Opportunity Employers. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cypress Plumbing, Inc.
