Job Details Location: Plano, TX 75024 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $12.00 - $13.00 hourly Payment Type: Hourly, non-exempt, Semi-Monthly Work Hours: Part-time – Early Morning (4 AM to 11 AM weekdays) Job Summary As the first point of contact for our members, the Front Desk Opener ensures the facility opens on time and everything runs smoothly. This role requires punctuality, dependability, and a commitment to high‑standard service for our members. Responsibilities Open the fitness center promptly at 4:00 am Monday through Friday Handle cash deposits accurately and securely Maintain clean, stocked towels for members Prepare and replenish Juice Bar ingredients and equipment for the day Greet members in a friendly, professional manner Check in members and guests appropriately Assist members with account issues and answer general questions Perform regular cleaning tasks throughout the fitness center Count inventory and report any discrepancies to management Perform additional tasks as needed Physical Demands Stand for extended periods Lift and carry up to 50 lbs Bend, stoop, and reach overhead Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment Work in a noisy environment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fitness or hospitality environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment Ability to handle cash deposits and manage inventory Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Punctual and reliable Available to work Monday through Friday from 4:00 am to 11:00 am Apply If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about fitness and providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for the exciting Front Desk Opener opportunity at The Club. #J-18808-Ljbffr Club4 Fitness
