• Help plan our client, team, and educational events in the community (we do over 100 events a year)
• Great at project management and getting things done
• Manage event logistics, including venue booking, scheduling, and attendance tracking
• Track and report key event metrics to measure effectiveness and guide improvements
• Coordinate with vendors, speakers, and internal staff to ensure smooth event delivery
• Helping with other tasks and projects needed for our operations team
