Education Solutions Consultant

We partner with school districts to design, supply, install, and support interactive displays, classroom audio systems, security solutions, digital signage, and other educational technologies that enhance teaching and learning. We’re looking for a relationship-focused sales professional who understands how schools operate. The ideal candidate is a former teacher, school administrator, instructional technology specialist, or someone with successful experience selling into K-12 education. This is an opportunity to build long‑term relationships with educators while helping schools create better learning environments. What You’ll Do Develop and maintain relationships with school district administrators, curriculum leaders, technology directors, principals, and purchasing departments. Identify opportunities for classroom technology, AV, safety, and infrastructure improvements. Conduct on‑site meetings, classroom assessments, and product demonstrations. Work closely with our engineering and project management teams to develop solutions for customers. Prepare proposals and quotations for school districts. Attend educational conferences, and networking events. Manage opportunities through the complete sales cycle. Maintain a strong pipeline of new business while growing existing accounts. Stay informed on educational technology trends and funding opportunities. Qualifications Preferred candidates will have one or more of the following: Experience as a classroom teacher or school administrator. Experience selling products or services to K-12 school districts. Knowledge of educational technology or classroom AV solutions. Strong presentation and communication skills. Ability to build trusted relationships with educators and decision makers. Self‑motivated with excellent organizational skills. Comfortable traveling throughout Michigan.
