ODDITY LABS seeks an Associate Scientist to be the hands-on anchor for dermatology assay workflows, executing, optimizing, and documenting experiments supporting target validation and translational substantiation. You will collaborate with PhD scientists, own bench execution, and train junior staff in a fast-paced, high-autonomy RA role. You will drive cell-based, biochemical, and ex vivo studies, maintain SOPs, and contribute data packages for internal reviews and partner handoffs, while #J-18808-Ljbffr ODDITY LABS
