Requirements:

• 3 years of experience required
• Current state SLP license
• CCC-SLP certification
• BLS certification
• Ability to independently perform Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBS)
• Experience with Epic charting system

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in adult patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Perform Modified Barium Swallow Studies as needed for evaluation of swallowing function.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on communication and swallowing strategies.

• Reduced Non-Billable Orientation: 0 hours vs. standard 40
• Must disclose any license or background issues upfront; no open license hits approved
• Must comply with background and reference checks
• Must confirm if candidate has previously worked at a partner facility
