Physical Therapist (PT)

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team. This position is ideal for professionals with acute or inpatient experience who are passionate about improving patient outcomes in a supportive and innovative environment.

Position Overview

• Role: Physical Therapist
• Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
• Patient Ratio: 7 to 1
• Years of Experience Required: 2 years

Essential Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing high-quality rehabilitation services to patients recovering from various conditions such as strokes, brain or spinal cord injuries, amputations, and complex orthopedic injuries. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Implementing therapy techniques to enhance patients' functional abilities and quality of life.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive patient care.
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

Qualifications

• Experience: Acute or inpatient rehabilitation experience is required.
• Certifications: No specific certifications required.
• Education: Valid degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Personality Traits: Strong teamwork, communication skills, work ethic, and a sense of responsibility.
