Located in Oklahoma City's premier entertainment district, Chisholm Creek, guests enjoy a seasonal menu featuring iconic dishes like Beef Wellington and Sticky Toffee Pudding, as well as local favorites with a twist.

The Line Cook must have:

• A passion for delivering Gordon Ramsay's standards of excellence and hospitality.
• Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• A solid understanding of culinary techniques and food safety practices.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure quality, presentation, and consistency.
• The ability to work collaboratively in a team-driven environment.
• The flexibility and discipline to manage time and tasks during high-volume service.
• Experience working with a variety of kitchen equipment such as grill, fryer, broiler, and oven.

Key Accountabilities:

• Execute menu recipes and ensure proper plate presentation for immediate service.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, portion control, and presentation.
• Manage all aspects of the assigned cooking station, including setup, prep, cleanliness, organization, sanitation, and breakdown.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with restocking and storage of inventory items as needed.
