Schedule: 12-Hour Rotating Day Shifts, indoor and outdoor, working in all weather conditions

As a key member of our maintenance team, your day-to-day will include:
- Fleet Care: Utilizing permanent wash facilities and portable steam cleaners to maintain major equipment and light vehicles.
- Facility Management: Keeping our wash stations and site clean and operational.
- Mechanical Support: Assisting skilled mechanics with equipment repairs and preventative maintenance.
- Technical Tasks: Using computers to generate work orders, reading service manuals, and operating shop tools.
- Safety First: Operating strictly within MSHA, state, and federal environmental regulations to keep yourself and your team safe.
- Reliability: Someone who shows up ready to work and can handle a physically demanding environment.
- Technical Curiosity: A background in heavy equipment, or mechanical systems (hydraulic, pneumatic, or electrical) is a huge plus.
- Independence: The ability to take a task and run with it with minimal supervision.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required (Vocational training is a plus!).
