Part-Time Youth Director- Beersheba Church

- Lead Wednesday evening youth ministry and assist with Sunday School as needed.
- Plan and coordinate youth events, retreats, camps, mission opportunities, and fellowship activities.
- Encourage students' spiritual growth through Bible study, worship, prayer, and service opportunities.
- Build strong, Christ-centered relationships with students and their families. Recruit, equip, and serve alongside volunteers and the Youth Ministry Team.
- Coordinate youth participation in church-wide events, including Vacation Bible School, Fall Festival, and Youth Sunday.
- Communicate upcoming events and ministry updates through newsletters, social media, GroupMe, and other church communication platforms.
- Work closely with the Pastor and church leadership to support the overall mission and ministry of Beersheba Church.
- A professing Christian with a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
- A heart for ministering to middle and high school students.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with students, parents, volunteers, and church staff.
- Demonstrates Christian character, integrity, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Part-time position
- Annual salary of $10,000–$12,000 (negotiable based on qualifications and experience)
- Vacation Time- 4 weeks
- Church-paid attendance at approved conferences, workshops, camps, and retreats
- Attendance at one Grace Presbytery youth event each year
