Cath Lab Technologist

This is a 4x10-hour shift position with varying days from 07:00 AM to 05:30 PM.

Job Description

The Cath Lab Technologist will provide support in a short-term acute care facility, participating in various catheterization procedures. This role requires both independent and collaborative capabilities within a team, ensuring high-quality patient care and utilizing specialized equipment, including Phillips imaging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform various cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Monitor patient vitals and maintain a sterile environment.
• Assist in the operation of imaging equipment and related technology.
• Contribute to care plans and document patient progress accurately.
• Participate in emergency procedures and assist with patient recovery.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Cath Lab or similar environment.
• Certified in ACLS, BLS, ARRT R, and/or CCI RCIS.
• Experience with Phillips imaging equipment is preferred.
• A valid Florida state license or compact license is required at the time of submission.
