Responsible for revenue growth, market expansion, and building a high-performance sales team. Oversees sales infrastructure, channel partners, and ensures alignment with business objectives.**Key Responsibilities*** Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to achieve sustained annual and long-term growth objectives.* Develop comprehensive annual and quarterly sales strategies to meet established sales and margin objectives.* Deliver detailed market analysis and competitive intelligence to the leadership team.* Lead sales forecasting, performance analysis, and pricing strategies.* Manage key industry events as well as significant product launches.* Manage global sales operations budget and performance metrics.* Collaborate with Product Line Management and Product Development to gather market intelligence for new offerings and provide sales leadership throughout development.* Develop and execute the Water & Wastewater sales operations budget, including best-in-class sales performance metrics and processes to maximize revenue and efficiency.**Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.* 10+ years in executive sales leadership, preferably in water/wastewater markets.* Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.* Willingness to travel globally up to 50% of the time.Teledyne and all of our employees are committed to conducting business with the highest ethical standards.
